One of the greatest advantages of membership in the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers is the monthly criminal case reporter "What's the Decision."  Members receive the case reporter by mail each month.  To view an example of "What's the Decision" click here.   (Note that the file is in Adobe's .PDF format and you must have Adobe's FREE Acrobat Reader to view/print the file).

Members can access the current issue and previous issues dating back to the Fall of 1999, as well as reviewing topical indices of "What's the Decision" cases since 1996 online.
